Florida Executive Women is composed of accomplished, impactful and diverse leaders from a variety of professions, businesses, industries, organizations and elected offices who are committed to elevating women’s full participation at the highest levels in our community.

A prospective FEW Member should be an accomplished leader and an executive of influence within their position, field, and/or the community they serve.
To Apply
The applicant should have the following attributes and provide relevant, factual information in each of the following three areas:
Accomplished
Accomplished in a chosen field and is a high-level executive or entrepreneur with influence in an organization.
Demonstrates Leadership
Demonstrates Leadership as evidenced by one or more of the following situations:
- Has leadership responsibilities for or within a business or organization.
- Serves on professional, nonprofit, and/or governmental boards, committees or commissions.
- Is an elected or appointed official with significant community impact.
- Demonstrates impactful involvement in philanthropy.
Earned Income
To apply, you must have a personal earned income that meets the guideline threshold of at least $95,000 a year. FEW uses the honor system to determine whether the applicant has met the guideline, although occasionally, verification may be required.
How can you become a member?
FEW is a network so you’ll need to know a member to join.
There are three steps to membership:
