Bios:

Cherlette McCullough, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, educator, and advocate dedicated to highlighting the important role of mental health in fostering happiness, fulfillment, and overall wellness. She is the author of two self-help books and the owner of Center Peace Therapy services. In her practice, she uses a strengths-based approach that empowers clients on their journey of self-love and mental wellness. Cherlette currently serves as vice president of the Board for the Mental Health Association of Central Florida and as a Board member for Shepherd’s Hope and 26th Health.

Cherlette is often featured as a mental health expert in the media and was awarded the 2018 African American Woman Project Community Award, the 2019 Cheryl Laird Mental Health Community Advocate Award, the 2022 I-4 Business Magazine Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, and the 2022 Women’s Executive Council Mental Health Wellness Award. Cherlette is married to a deputy and is a bonus mom to three children. She is an avid Orlando Magic fan and enjoys watching comedy, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Romie Mushtaq is a triple board-certified physician, award-winning wellness speaker, and the USA Today best-selling author of “The Busy Brain Cure.” She has over 20 years of authority in neurology, integrative medicine, and mindfulness to not just deliver programs but also create cultural change. After suffering through career burnout and life-saving surgery, she has made it a life mission help individuals cure their Busy Brains and optimize team performance, and to help organizations lead a culture of wellness.

Dr. Romie’s mission is to revolutionize mental health and wellness in the workplace, working with Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, and global associations. She serves as the Chief Wellness Officer for Great Wolf Resorts, overseeing the wellness of over 12,000 employees. Her expertise is featured in national media, such as NPR, NBC, TED talks, and Forbes. She also serves on the national board of directors for Girl Scouts USA. Marni F. Stahlman, Ph.D., ABD, (Moderator) has a 37-year career in C-suite health care delivery management in medical, educational and mental and behavioral health care organizations. She is currently the President/CEO of the Mental Health Association of Central Florida, Inc., one of the oldest nonprofits in Central Florida and the leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental wellness and equity of access to mental health care by providing mental health services, support, and information to the members of the Central Florida community.
