Meet Our Speaker: Mark Freid
Mark Freid is the Founder and CEO of Think Integrated, an award-winning branding and marketing firm known for its Culture of Gratitude, and the Executive Director of the Winter Park Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to ideas, dialogue, and human flourishing. A longtime leader in Central Florida’s nonprofit and civic community, Mark has served on and advised numerous boards and is a frequent speaker on leadership, organizational culture, and purpose-driven work.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with entrepreneurs, global companies, nonprofits, and community change agents, helping organizations clarify who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world. He is also a five-time Ironman, endurance runner, and lifelong student of leadership, often drawing lessons from sport, creativity, and community.
Mark holds a BA from Tulane University, executive and leadership certificates from the Harvard Kennedy School and Rollins College, and is currently developing Happy Monday, a book exploring how small ideas and meaningful conversations can shape culture, leadership, and life.
