Bio:
Nancy Tallent is a highly respected Global Business Executive and Board member with a focus on Human Resources across a wide variety of industries. She is the Founder and President of Tallent Partners LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development consulting practice. A highly qualified and experienced executive coach, Nancy holds four certifications from renowned organizations, including The Center for Creative Leadership and Korn Ferry, and has a master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College. She serves on Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Business School Advisory Board and is an adjunct professor.
Nancy is a strategic leader known for guiding organizations and leaders through dynamic transformational growth and change. As a Chief Human Capital Officer with Reyes Holdings, the 6th largest privately held company in the US with $40B in revenue, Nancy oversaw more than 50 company and brand acquisitions nationwide and supported the development of the 2nd largest Coca-Cola bottler in the country. She was the first woman and first Latina to be inducted into the prestigious Reyes Diamond Club.
Nancy’s extensive business travels have taken her to India and throughout western Europe. Early in her career, she held the top human resources roles in both Seminole County and Orange County governments.
