Leading with Heart: The Power of Servant Leadership
Topic:

Servant leadership is a people-centric approach emphasizing a leader’s commitment to serving others. It prioritizes empathy, collaboration, and the personal growth of others, aiming to create a positive impact on individuals and organizations. This leadership style encourages a culture of trust, empowerment, and shared success. Servant leadership is a people-centric approach that emphasizes the leader’s commitment to serving others without the expectation of gaining something in return.

Purpose:

By understanding and embracing servant leadership, FEW members will gain valuable insights into building stronger, more empathetic relationships with their teams and colleagues. We will learn how prioritizing the growth and well-being of others can lead to a more collaborative and fulfilling work environment, ultimately fostering a culture of trust and empowerment.
