Leading Through Transformation – Building Boundaries that Work
Leadership rarely waits for the perfect moment. New opportunities often arrive alongside organizational change, evolving industries, growing responsibilities, and full lives outside of work. At the November FEW Luncheon, Tanya Hill, Market President for Central Florida at Florida Blue, will share her perspective on stepping into an elevated leadership role while navigating transformation both professionally and personally.
Tanya will introduce FEW members to Florida Blue’s role and impact across Central Florida and share the career journey that led her to her current position. From there, she will offer a candid look at the realities of learning and leading simultaneously—building confidence in a new role, staying grounded in personal values, and leading authentically during periods of organizational and industry change.
Through the lens of her experiences as a senior executive, mother, and community leader, Tanya will explore the importance of personal capacity management and intentional boundaries. Rather than striving for perfect balance, she will share how thoughtful choices, strategic priorities, and the ability to say “no” can help leaders protect what matters most while continuing to deliver meaningful impact.

Meet Our Speaker: Minette Marcial
Tanya Hill is Florida Blue’s Market President for Central Florida. In this role, Tanya is responsible for regional business development and community engagement in a 9-county region that includes Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia counties. She is instrumental in working with area customers, driving regional membership growth, and civic stakeholder engagement.
Throughout Tanya’s more than 25-year career, she has worked with reputable brands like Chick-fil-A, Target Corporation, and Walt Disney World to drive business results through strategic partnerships.
Tanya is passionate about investing time in the community and has been involved with numerous community and civic organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, 4Roots Foundation, Orlando Economic Partnership, and the Winter Park Health Foundation.
Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Central Florida (UCF).
