We’re getting the band back together with lots of opportunities to catch up & make new friendships!

The 24-hour retreat includes a refreshing poolside luncheon, afternoon team activity around the hotel, free time to soak up the sun or dip in the pool, cocktail reception on the terrace, delicious dinner in the ballroom, after dinner (on your own) at Wave Terrace, Saturday morning mimosa brunch & farewells.

Reservation deadline is July 1. Deposit (50%) is due by June 15. Remaining balance is due July 15.

NO REFUNDS will be offered after July 15.

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES

Due to the terms of our contract with the Hard Rock, we are only able to offer double and single rooms. If there are three members who would like to room together, we suggest reserving one double and one single and splitting the cost among yourselves. We will make every effort to accommodate requests for adjoining/adjacent rooms.

If you would like a double but need a roommate, let us know and we can pair you with another member looking for a roommate.

If you would like to stay Saturday evening (on your own) the rate depends on your room type so let us know and we will get you the rate. Even though it is on your own this reservation also needs to be made through FEW.

We ask that you not contact the resort directly as all requests and reservations have to go through our meeting manager.
