From there\, she will offer a candid look at the realities of learning and leading simultaneously—building confidence in a new role\, staying grounded in personal values\, and leading authentically during periods of organizational and industry change. \nThrough the lens of her experiences as a senior executive\, mother\, and community leader\, Tanya will explore the importance of personal capacity management and intentional boundaries. In this role\, Tanya is responsible for regional business development and community engagement in a 9-county region that includes Brevard\, Flagler\, Lake\, Orange\, Osceola\, Polk\, Seminole\, Sumter\, and Volusia counties. She is instrumental in working with area customers\, driving regional membership growth\, and civic stakeholder engagement. \nThroughout Tanya’s more than 25-year career\, she has worked with reputable brands like Chick-fil-A\, Target Corporation\, and Walt Disney World to drive business results through strategic partnerships. \nTanya is passionate about investing time in the community and has been involved with numerous community and civic organizations.
