Jerez is the Co-Founder and COO for Ashire Technologies & Services\, a consulting and IT services firm in St. Cloud\, Florida. For the last three years\, Ashire Technologies has differentiated themselves as a premier cybersecurity service provider specializing in federal government cyber compliance\, leadership\, and operational management. Ashire Technologies has served as cyber compliance experts for the digital transformation efforts at the U.S. Air Force Academy and directly supported three U.S. Air Force branch-wide systems at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton\, Ohio. \nA graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in accounting\, Cherisa commissioned in the US Army and served in both the Army Signal Corps and Finance branch before completing her service at the rank of Major. \nIn 2008\, she transitioned from active-duty military service to medical device manufacturing.
