We will learn how prioritizing the growth and well-being of others can lead to a more collaborative and fulfilling work environment\, ultimately fostering a culture of trust and empowerment. \nBio:\nLandra Wormack is a proud Native Orlando resident who has served and worked in the Central Florida community for over 30 years. She credits her career of over ten years as a flight attendant for mastering her interpersonal and communication skills. Her travels also cultivated her appreciation of different cultures and ethnicities. Landra spent 14 years in the private sector in various management roles\, where she excelled in sales positions that included call center management\, banking\, staffing\, and recruitment. In one of her former roles\, she earned the title of Assistant Vice-President in two years. \nLandra served as a Legislative Aide in the Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Senate for Senator Geraldine Thompson for three years. She was the first recipient of the University of Central Florida Legislative Scholar Mentor Award for her work mentoring the students who worked with her through UCF’s internship program. She currently works for the Orange County Tax Collector\, Scott Randolph\, as a Community Relations Specialist\, where she has built countless relationships within the business and civic community. \nLandra currently serves on the Board of the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association\, “Heart Walk\, and the Greater American Haitian Chamber of Commerce as the Governmental Affairs Liaison. She also serves as a Board Member with the Aeras Foundation and Central Florida Vocal Arts\, the Governmental Affairs Committees of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce\, and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. Landra is a current Leader of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce Tuesday Networking Group. She is a current Women’s Executive Council of Orlando and a Women in Communication member. \nA long-time proponent of volunteering at the companies where she works\, Landra has received accolades from Junior Achievement\, March of Dimes\, The American Heart Association\, the West Orange Chamber\, The Greater Haitian American Chamber of Commerce\, and the City of Orlando for the work that she has done with mutual collaboration with the communities served by the Orange County Tax Collector Scott Randolph. \nLandra enjoys cycling and recently completed a 28-mile 5-city bike ride. She also enjoys traveling\, gardening\, exercising\, mentoring\, and volunteering. Her favorite quote is from the movie Shawshank Redemption\, where the character “Red” says\, “You either get busy living or get busy dying.” Landra completed her education at Valencia College and the University of Florida\, where she studied Public Relations. Landra has one son\, Tyler\, of whom she is extremely proud. \n  \n

She is a noted researcher\, speaker\, academic and clinician. She graduated from the University of Cartagena School of Medicine in Colombia\, South America\, conducted her residency training at Michigan State University in Lansing\, and completed her research fellowships in cardiovascular disease and electrophysiology at Washington University in St. Louis\, MO. \n \nSarah George\, MD\, FACP\, is triple board-certified in internal medicine\, oncology\, and hematology. She graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine\, completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital\, and trained in hematology and oncology at the University of Illinois in Chicago.  Dr. George specializes in comprehensive care for patients with cancer. She and her staff are nationally recognized for delivering the highest quality of cancer care\, having received the prestigious QOPI (Quality Oncology Practice Initiative) Certification. Dr. George has served as Medical Director on the oncology floor and has been voted “Best Doctor” and “Top Physician” for multiple years in Orlando magazines by her peers. \n \nRita Ellen Eye\, MD\, is a board-certified OB/GYN physician\, owner of Premier OB-Gyn\, and chair of the Department of OB-Gyn for AdventHealth Winter Park. Dr. Eye was named one of Orlando’s Top Doctors by Orlando Magazine for 2022 and 2023. Dr. Eye attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology\, received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia\, completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology\, and was honored by being elected Chief Resident at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. She ran a successful private practice in Texas before moving to Florida.
