The following year\, she won the title of Miss America 2004\, using her national platform to spark meaningful conversations around diversity\, inclusion\, and cultural awareness—topics she continues to champion today. \nAs CEO of Crown Communication Group\, Ericka leads a multidisciplinary strategic consulting firm based in Orlando\, where she helps brands and organizations shape impactful messaging through storytelling\, strategy\, and intentional engagement. She’s also a seasoned television host and performer\, with appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show\, The Amazing Race\, Live with Regis and Kelly\, and stages like The Apollo and The Grand Ole Opry.
